Frequently asked questions
Do you also do bookkeeping or accounting?
No. We don't do bookkeeping, tax returns or payroll. We work with your existing accountant and use their data to give you management information.
Do you work with companies outside Cyprus?
Yes. We're based in Nicosia and work with companies in Cyprus, Greece, the UK and across Europe, in English or Greek. Work is done remotely, with regular video calls and on-site visits when needed.
What size of business do you work with?
Mainly businesses with annual revenue between €500,000 and €15 million that have outgrown "watching the bank balance" but don't yet justify a full-time finance director.
How much time do you spend on my business?
It depends on the package, typically 1 to 4 days a month. We don't bill by the hour. The fee is a fixed monthly amount so you know the cost in advance.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We recommend an initial 3-month period to set up reporting properly. After that, the engagement continues month to month with 30 days' notice.
How is my data protected?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from day one, and all data is handled in line with GDPR.
